I. The acquisition spirit

Monday, May 30, 1994:

After Communion, I saw a squared-off opening to a thatched hut. Jesus said: "My people are too affluent. You have built your lives around things so much that you have little time for Me, your Creator and Redeemer. You have become so accustomed to acquiring and using things of this life, to some they have become a god in themselves. You were made a spiritual being and directed to a spiritual life adoring Me. This should be the direction of your life and not love of the world and the things in it. Lift yourself to a higher life in the spirit with prayer and private meditation. It is through renouncing the things of this world that you will come to know Me better. Keep Me constantly at the center of your life and I will grant you My peace."

Wednesday,June 8,1994:

I saw a pink balloon with helium and a string attached. Jesus said: "You must be willing to let go of your earthly life if you expect to rise up to Me on a higher spiritual plane. Do not become tied down to your earthly distractions but receive Me as Lord over your life."

II. God of Materialism

Monday, November 22, 1993: (St. Cecilia)

I saw tall flames with some demon faces and I was told this was hell. Jesus said: "Time is short to save souls for many are falling into the flames of hell. The materialism of this world is worshiped like a God instead of giving Me the glory. I have told you many times of the danger of living just for this world alone. Without Me you can do nothing of lasting consequence. You cannot take anything from this world into eternity so any attempt to love these things are futile. I am the center of your life and living to follow My will is your only purpose on this earth. So pray, keep close to Me, and bring souls to Me."

Tuesday, November 23, 1993:

After Communion, I saw the outline of the forty-eight states and a great fissure broke it down the middle of the Mississippi River. Jesus gave a message: "Your country is like the kingdom of iron which became divided. Because of your preoccupation with materialism and your insensitivity to abortion, your kingdom also will fall under the weight of its own sin. You have brought your own destruction upon yourselves since you have lost sight of asking strength from Me. If you put your trust in Me as on your coins and as your forefathers, your blessings would continue. But as it is you have depended on yourselves only so now you will reap the whirlwind."

Friday, July 1, 1994: (First Friday 9:00 am. Mass)

After Communion, I saw the Ark of the Covenant which housed the Ten Commandments and it was located in a closet and then the light went out and the Ark was in darkness. Jesus said: "My people, listen closely to the prophet this day, for it is your message as well. In the days before the Babylonian exile My chosen people had taken up with the practices of the pagan gods around them. They had ceased listening to My prophets and were drawn to those things that pleased the senses. Today, you have a similar plight, since many of My faithful are also attracted to the little gods of materialism and self. You have made yourselves gods, since you do not depend on My help anymore. Many of My people believe they can depend on themselves for everything -- they no longer seek My love. For this, My people, you also will experience a spiritual famine. For those who hold fast to My love in faith, I will protect you, but those who refuse Me and listen only to their ways, I will withdraw all My graces and leave them on their own to be tormented and abused by the demons. They will not taste a morsel of My dinner. Pray, My children, to keep strong in faith and ever ready to follow My will."

III. Man's self-reliance and independence from God

Thursday, October 28, 1993: (Sts. Simon and Jude)

At the Adoration Chapel, I saw some pictures of cities with huge skyscrappers. I received a message: "Man's pride has raised many tall buildings much like the Tower of Babel. He has become so taken up with the material things of this world that he believes he need only depend on himself. He does not realize that he needs Me for survival. But soon he will see how frail his possessions are. For several cities will be brought low and what will they rely on then. When they are brought to their knees through disaster they will learn the hard way that I am the center of their lives. I nourish My faithful and give them all good things for those who follow My will."

· Wednesday, November 3, 1993: (St. Martin de Porres)

I had a vision of the computer simulation of "Virtual Reality." Jesus said: "Man has become so prideful in his own creations thinking science is a God in place of Me. Man will soon learn that his reliance on himself will be an act of futility."

IV. Man was not made to serve money

Saturday,January 8,1994:

At the Adoration Chapel, I saw a dollar sign and Jesus gave a message: "Man was not made to serve money. I am your Master. You cannot serve money and be My disciple. If you store spiritual treasures in heaven, they will be given you on judgment. If you pile up wealth here on earth, it will gain you nothing on judgment. So direct your lives to serve Me and you will always be at peace. If you live for money, then you always worry about keeping it from theft and corrosion and have no peace. Without My help you will wander aimlessly with only greed driving your emotions. If you put your trust in Me, I will give you graces to endure all your tests. So pray always to keep close to Me."

Thursday, February 3, 1994: (Feast of St. Blaise)

At the Adoration Chapel, I saw actors singing as if on TV. Jesus gave a message: "Many people make actors or famous people their role models even though they may not lead exemplary lives. You cannot do things just to please your peers especially if it is against My law. I tell you to follow My life in the Scriptures or model your lives after My Mother or the saints. The world concerns itself with money and they advise to learn from those who are ahead in money matters. I tell you to improve your spiritual lives by following the ways of those more spiritual than yourselves. In this way, you will learn to improve heavenly strivings rather than those of the world which are passing away. Pray and do things to build your spiritual skills and save your treasures in heaven, not on earth."

V. The deceptive appearance of the worldly attractions

Monday, August 29, 1994: (Beheading of St. John the Baptist)

At church, I saw a thick grayish-blue cloud circling into a vortex. It gave the appearance of a whirlpool or a black hole. Jesus said: "My people, I am giving you a visual image of how to avoid hell. The devil in his cunning is always laying snares for unsuspecting souls. Be on guard, My faithful, for his subtle attacks. For he uses the cares of the world and the weakness of your spirituality to lure you into his web. At the outer edge of a whirlpool it is calm and unsuspecting, but if you allow yourself to think only in worldly terms,your heart will grow increasingly cold to My love. If you do not make a conscious effort each day to pray and give honor to Me, you will lose that love I inspired in you at Baptism. The way to hell is made by procrastination of prayer and forgetting your death as something far off. Do not let yourself be drawn into Satan's pool of ease and evil. Once you fall into that trap, it will be very hard to break out of your bondage of sin unless a miracle or someone's prayers will save you. Remember hell in eternity is serious business and loving Me is one way to avoid it. If necessary, your fear of My wrath and burning there can also inspire you to be saved."

VI. The futility of the earthly glory

Monday, September 5, 1994: (Labor Day)

At church, I saw a big shiny car coming towards Me Jesus said: "I am trying to show you by example and by life's experiences how futile it is to seek glory and possession of the things of earth. You have an earthly body which craves to be famous and respected by others. Much as you try to impress others, they only turn to envy and despise you for doing well. So any earthly awards are soon forgotten and when you pass on they are thought of even less. When you seek the things of this world, it is only the anticipation of possessing it that drives you. Once you have acquired what you wanted, your brief joy quickly turns to despair as it no longer means that much. When you aspire to riches, even they turn into a non-entity since it does not really satisfy you. Compare this to when you do a good deed for someone and how good you feel about it. Also, when you struggle to help someone spiritually, it lifts the spirit. Even in earthly terms you can see spiritual good works are more rewarding than your earthly good fortunes. This should prove to you that your spiritual being is more important and should follow why I created you so. So strive more to please Me and seek heaven since you will have more peace and satisfaction with Me -- more than the world could ever offer you."

VII. Seek the Kingdom of God first

Friday, October 15, 1993: (Feast of St. Teresa of Avila)

At the Adoration Chapel, I saw several mouths talking but I only saw the mouth not the rest of the faces. I received a message from Jesus: (my love for Him was very strong this night.) "It is not what a man eats that makes him unclean. It is what comes out of his mouth that convicts him. (Matt. 15:18) Men should not spend so much of their time talking but instead should be praying. Instead of running after material goods you should be seeking things that will bring you to heaven. Seek first the kingdom of God and everything else will be given you. (Matt. 6:33) That kingdom now is even close as I speak."

VIII. Inner peace can be obtained only by following God's will

Tuesday, April 5, 1994:

At the Adoration Chapel, I saw a Host and there was a big arrow above it pointing upward. Jesus gave a message: "You come again to see Me and I am happy to receive you. Many blessings have been given you and many more are available for all who come to Me in love. I have told you often to not let anxieties over daily events disturb you. Do not let financial concerns lead your lives, for money is not an end in itself. Instead you must be directed to heavenly things, for these are all that matter. Things of this life will fade away but My love and your prayers will live on forever. My arrow shows in the vision is your life's main concern. So live to please Me and follow My will for you. Then you I will be blessed with a grace and peace where nothing will disturb you. When you live in My love every moment of each day, life will seem like it was resurrected at Easter. Enjoy My love as I enjoy loving you and this gift of mine will be all consuming."

IX. Do not delay conversion and do not fear suffering

Friday, November 11, 1994:

After Communion, I at first saw some concrete blocks and gradually I could see it was a pathway disappearing at the horizon. I was given later that it was a pathway to heaven. Jesus said: "Many people go through life without thinking that their life here on earth is a pathway to heaven. Your life is short and it is a testing ground to see if you are worthy of heaven. Some may want to go to heaven because of how good it sounds for people to be there, but they do not want to go through the suffering and purification which is demanded. If you are My disciple, do not expect any less persecution than I received. It is not easy to achieve heaven, but it can be done only with My help and grace. Do not expect a spiritual life to be easy, but it comes only with work to root out your earthly desires to follow My ways. Do not put off to tomorrow trying to find your path to heaven, but start every day with your intention to strive for heaven through prayer."

Monday, November 28, 1994:

At church, I saw a picture of a big eye and I was looking into a blue pupil through to the soul behind. Jesus said: "Look with your eyes as windows into your soul and prepare yourself to meet Me at My coming at Christmas. Look to see how you can improve your prayer life and place more fervor in it so you can be drawn to Me and distance yourself from worldly concerns. Again, look to how you can be more gracious in receiving and helping your neighbor. In all you do in life, do it for Me, while pleasing Me and following My plan for you should be your only concern. When you give everything over to Me, now you will be ready to bring your gift of love to Me at the crib. Do not come to Me until you have made your preparation and are sincere in improving your spiritual life. When you are part of My oneness in doing My will, you will truly enjoy the peace I bring to you on earth. When you care only for Me first, then all else will be easy for you with My grace."
